Primary practice - representation of individual claimants in tort litigation. Special emphasis on maritime, railroad and construction worker claims.
In the past 20 years of practice has been involved in hundreds of wrongful death and personal injury suits, with scores of jury verdicts. In so doing, has represented clients making new, and important additions to the body of maritime, construction and railroad law through published decisions including:
